Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period ending on March 31, 2027; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、令和九年三月三十一日までの間において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (4), Article 5, paragraph (4), Article 10, paragraph (2), Article 18, paragraph (2), Article 39 and Article 41 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;
附則第三条第四項、第五条第四項、第十条第二項、第十八条第二項、第三十九条及び第四十一条の規定 公布の日
in Article 1, the provision amending Article 307-2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the provision renumbering that Article of that Code as Article 307-3 and adding one Article after Article 307, and the provisions amending Article 321, paragraph (1), item (i) and Article 350-24, paragraph (1) of that Code; the provisions of Article 3; the provisions of Article 17; the provision in Article 22 amending Article 28 of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act; the provisions in Article 23 amending Appended Table 1, items (iv) and (x) and Appended Table 3, item (ii), (j) of the Act on Punishment of Organized Crimes and Control of Proceeds of Crime (hereinafter referred to as the "Organized Crime Punishment Act"); the provision in Article 24 amending Appended Table 2, item (ii) of the Act on the Interception of Communications for Criminal Investigation; and the provision in Article 30 adding one Article after Article 64 of the Act on Cooperation with the International Criminal Court, etc.; as well as the provisions of Article 8, Article 21, paragraph (2) and Article 27 of the Supplementary Provisions: the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
第一条のうち、刑事訴訟法第三百七条の二の改正規定、同法中同条を第三百七条の三とし、第三百七条の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに同法第三百二十一条第一項第一号及び第三百五十条の二十四第一項の改正規定、第三条の規定、第十七条の規定、第二十二条中不正競争防止法第二十八条の改正規定、第二十三条中組織的な犯罪の処罰及び犯罪収益の規制等に関する法律（以下「組織的犯罪処罰法」という。）別表第一第四号及び第十号並びに別表第三第二号ヌの改正規定、第二十四条中犯罪捜査のための通信傍受に関する法律別表第二第二号の改正規定並びに第三十条中国際刑事裁判所に対する協力等に関する法律第六十四条の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに附則第八条、第二十一条第二項及び第二十七条の規定 公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日

第三十九条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
