この法律（附則第一項第四号及び第五号に掲げる規定については、当該各規定）の施行前にした行為並びに附則第三項第一号の規定により従前の例によることとされる届出に係るこの法律の施行後にした行為及び同項第二号の規定により従前の例によることとされるトランプ類税に係るこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
