第五条
The provisions of Article 10-2 of the New Medical Care Act apply to cases where the establisher of an advanced treatment hospital prescribed in Article 4-2, paragraph (1) of the Medical Care Act appoints the administrator of that advanced treatment hospital on or after the Effective Date.
新医療法第十条の二の規定は、医療法第四条の二第一項に規定する特定機能病院の開設者が、施行日以後に、当該特定機能病院の管理者を選任する場合について適用する。
