This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
The Act on Special Provisions of the Medical Care Act concerning Limitation of the Period for Accommodating the Same Patient in Clinics (Act No. 259 of 1951) is repealed.
診療所における同一患者の収容時間の制限に関する医療法の特例に関する法律（昭和二十六年法律第二百五十九号）は、廃止する。
