Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2023; provided, however, that the provision amending paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of the following Article, and the provisions of Articles 5 through 9 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、令和五年四月一日から施行する。ただし、附則第二項の改正規定並びに次条及び附則第五条から第九条までの規定は、公布の日から施行する。
