Supplementary Provisions, Article 6
第六条
The provisions of Article 15-2 of the New Medical Care Act apply to the operation of specimen testing prescribed in Article 15-2 of the New Medical Care Act (referred to as "new specimen testing" in the following paragraph) conducted on or after the day of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions (referred to as the "item (iii) Effective Date" in the following paragraph).
新医療法第十五条の二の規定は、附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日（次項において「第三号施行日」という。）以後に行う新医療法第十五条の二に規定する検体検査（同項において「新検体検査」という。）の業務について適用する。
The provisions of Article 15-3, paragraph (1) of the New Medical Care Act apply to the operation of new specimen testing entrusted on or after the item (iii) Effective Date, and with regard to the operation of microbiological examination, serological examination, hematological examination, pathological examination, parasitological examination or biochemical examination of specimens discharged or collected from the human body that was entrusted before the item (iii) Effective Date pursuant to the provisions of Article 15-2 of the Former Medical Care Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新医療法第十五条の三第一項の規定は、第三号施行日以後に委託する新検体検査の業務について適用し、第三号施行日前に旧医療法第十五条の二の規定により委託された人体から排出され、又は採取された検体の微生物学的検査、血清学的検査、血液学的検査、病理学的検査、寄生虫学的検査又は生化学的検査の業務については、なお従前の例による。
