第三条（経過措置）
With regard to the period of the statute of limitations for prosecution of a crime committed before the enforcement of this Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 250 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as amended by the provisions of Article 2.
この法律の施行前に犯した罪の公訴時効の期間については、第二条の規定による改正後の刑事訴訟法第二百五十条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
