Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures upon Partial Revision of the Family Register Act
第六条（戸籍法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the notification of grounds that arose before this Act comes into effect and for which a notification must be submitted pursuant to the provisions of Article 63, paragraph (1) of the Family Register Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 4, as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 79 of that Act, and the provisions of Articles 81 and 82 of that Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 85 of that Act), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前に生じた事由であって、第四条の規定による改正前の戸籍法第七十九条において準用する同法第六十三条第一項の規定並びに同法第八十一条及び第八十二条（これらの規定を同法第八十五条において準用する場合を含む。）の規定により届け出なければならないとされているものについての届出については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect and to acts committed after this Act comes into effect in the cases where the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為及び前項の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる場合におけるこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
