Supplementary Provisions, Article 1
第一条（施行期日）

この法律は、平成十二年四月一日から施行する。

第六条（戸籍法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）

この法律の施行前に生じた事由による前条の規定による改正前の戸籍法第八十一条、第八十二条及び第八十四条（同法第八十五条において準用する場合を含む。）の届出については、前条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。

民法改正法附則第三条第三項の規定により従前の例によることとされる準禁治産者及びその保佐人については、前条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
