第三条中戸籍法第五十二条第一項の改正規定の施行の日前十三日以内に出生した子について、同項の規定の改正により新たに届出義務者となつた母の届出に関する戸籍法第四十三条第一項の規定の適用については、同項中「届出事件発生の日」とあるのは、「民法等の一部を改正する法律（昭和五十一年法律第六十六号）第三条中戸籍法第五十二条第一項の改正規定の施行の日」とする。
