第十条（外国の国籍の喪失の届出に関する経過措置）

外国の国籍をも有していた日本国民でこの法律の施行前にその外国の国籍を喪失したものは、その喪失の届出をすることができる。この場合においては、新戸籍法第百六条第二項の規定を準用する。
