Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act
第二条（健康保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 43, paragraph (11) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 where the day on which eligibility was lost as prescribed in that paragraph is August 1, 2017, the phrase "the day preceding that day" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "that day".
第一条の規定による改正後の健康保険法施行令第四十三条第十一項に規定する資格を喪失した日が平成二十九年八月一日である場合における同項の規定の適用については、同項中「当該日の前日」とあるのは、「当該日」とする。
