附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Bankruptcy Act (January 1, 2005).
この政令は、破産法の施行の日（平成十七年一月一日）から施行する。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Cabinet Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
