附 則
This Imperial Ordinance comes into effect on June 1, 1944; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 1, Article 78-2, Article 79-2, Article 82, Article 87-4, paragraph (3), Article 92, paragraph (1), Article 94, Article 94-2 and Article 97-2, and the provisions of Article 83-2, Article 84-3, and paragraphs (5) and (6) of the Supplementary Provisions, come into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions of Act No. 21 of 1944.
本令ハ昭和十九年六月一日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス但シ第一条、第七十八条ノ二、第七十九条ノ二、第八十二条、第八十七条ノ四第三項、第九十二条第一項、第九十四条、第九十四条ノ二及第九十七条ノ二ノ改正規定並ニ第八十三条ノ二、第八十四条ノ三及附則第五項及同第六項ノ規定ハ昭和十九年法律第二十一号附則第十六条ノ規定施行ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
Where the grade of the standard remuneration of a person who acquired status as an insured person before June 1, 1944 and has continuously held status as an insured person until that same date falls, on that date, under Grade 15 under the provisions of Article 3 as previously in force, that person is deemed, for the application of the provisions of Article 4, paragraph (1), to have acquired status as an insured person on that date.
昭和十九年六月一日前ニ被保険者ノ資格ヲ取得シ同年同月同日迄引続キ被保険者ノ資格ヲ有スル者ノ同年同月同日ニ於ケル標準報酬ノ等級ガ従前ノ第三条ノ規定ニ依ル第十五級ニ該当スル場合ニ於テハ其ノ者ハ第四条第一項ノ規定ノ適用ニ付同年同月同日ニ於テ被保険者ノ資格ヲ取得シタルモノト看做ス
A person who has newly become an insured person under the provisions amending Article 9-3 is deemed, for the application of the provisions concerning insurance benefits and the bearing of expenses in the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act, not to be an insured person until the day preceding the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions of Act No. 21 of 1944.
第九条ノ三ノ改正規定ニ依リ新ニ被保険者ト為リタル者ハ健康保険法施行令中保険給付及費用ノ負担ニ関スル規定ノ適用ニ付テハ昭和十九年法律第二十一号附則第十六条ノ規定施行ノ日ノ前日迄ハ被保険者タラザルモノト看做ス
