Article 108-33Special Rules on the Application of Provisions on the Denial of Licenses and Other Such Measures
第百八条の三十三（免許の拒否等に関する規定の適用の特例）
Article 19, Article 58, paragraph (1), or Article 73, paragraph (1) of the Road Transport Vehicle Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 97-3, paragraph (2) of that Act), Article 5 of the Act on Securing Compensation for Automobile Accidents (Act No. 97 of 1955), or Article 11, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Act on Assurance of Car Parking Spaces and Other Matters (Act No. 145 of 1962) are deemed to be provisions of this Act for the purpose of applying Article 67, paragraph (2), Article 90, paragraph (1), item (iv) or (v), Article 95-6, paragraph (1), Article 97-2, paragraph (1), item (iii), (a), the main clause of Article 100-2, paragraph (1) or item (iv) of that paragraph, Article 101-4, paragraph (3), Article 102-2, Article 102-3, Article 103, paragraph (1), item (v), Article 104-2-4, paragraph (1), (2), or (4), Article 106, Article 107-5, paragraph (1), item (ii), Article 108-3-3, or the following Article.
道路運送車両法第十九条、第五十八条第一項若しくは第七十三条第一項（同法第九十七条の三第二項において準用する場合を含む。）、自動車損害賠償保障法（昭和三十年法律第九十七号）第五条又は自動車の保管場所の確保等に関する法律（昭和三十七年法律第百四十五号）第十一条第一項若しくは第二項の規定は、第六十七条第二項、第九十条第一項第四号若しくは第五号、第九十五条の六第一項、第九十七条の二第一項第三号イ、第百条の二第一項本文若しくは同項第四号、第百一条の四第三項、第百二条の二、第百二条の三、第百三条第一項第五号、第百四条の二の四第一項、第二項若しくは第四項、第百六条、第百七条の五第一項第二号、第百八条の三の三又は次条の規定の適用については、この法律の規定とみなす。
