Facilitators of regional traffic safety activities form part of the committees for facilitating regional traffic safety activities established in each area that a public safety commission specifies.
地域交通安全活動推進委員は、公安委員会が定める区域ごとに、地域交通安全活動推進委員協議会を組織するものとする。
A committee for facilitating regional traffic safety activities is to set out a policy on the activities referred to in paragraph (2) of the preceding Article for when these are carried out by facilitators of regional traffic safety activities; provide communication and coordination among facilitators of regional traffic safety activities; and perform other necessary tasks that the Rules of the National Public Safety Commission prescribe to enable facilitators of regional traffic safety activities to efficiently perform their duties.
地域交通安全活動推進委員協議会は、地域交通安全活動推進委員が前条第二項の活動を行う場合においてその活動の方針を定め、並びに地域交通安全活動推進委員相互の連絡及び調整を行うことその他地域交通安全活動推進委員が能率的にその任務を遂行するために必要な事項で国家公安委員会規則で定めるものを行う。
A committee for facilitating regional traffic safety activities may offer the opinion it considers to be necessary in connection with the activities of facilitators of regional traffic safety activities to the public safety commission and the chief of the police station having jurisdiction over the area for which the committee has been established.
地域交通安全活動推進委員協議会は、地域交通安全活動推進委員の活動に関し必要と認める意見を、公安委員会及び当該地域交通安全活動推進委員協議会に係る区域を管轄する警察署長に申し出ることができる。
Beyond what is prescribed in the preceding three paragraphs, Rules of the National Public Safety Commission provide for the necessary particulars in connection with committees for facilitating regional traffic safety activities.
前三項に定めるもののほか、地域交通安全活動推進委員協議会に関し必要な事項は、国家公安委員会規則で定める。
