Article 30-19第三十条の十九

    The administrator of a hospital or clinic must endeavor , in order to efficiently provide high-quality and appropriate medical care, to take measures to improve the working environmentefficiency of medical care professionals workingoperations in the relevant hospital or clinic and the working environment of its medical care professionals and other measures that contribute to ensuring the availability of medical care professionals.

    病院又は診療所の管理者は、良質かつ適切な医療を効率的に提供するため、当該病院又は診療所に勤務するおける業務の効率化及びその医療従事者の勤務環境の改善その他の医療従事者の確保に資する措置を講ずるよう努めなければならない。

Article 30-21第三十条の二十一

    The prefecture is to endeavor to implement the following particulars in order to promote the improvement of the efficiency of operations in hospitals or clinics and the working environment of their medical care professionals:

    都道府県は、病院又は診療所における業務の効率化及びその医療従事者の勤務環境の改善を促進するため、次に掲げる事務を実施するよう努めるものとする。

  • ChangedArticle 30-21, paragraph (1), item (i)

    providing consultation, necessary information, advice and other assistance concerning the improvement of the working environmentefficiency of medical care professionals workingoperations in hospitals or clinics and the working environment of their medical care professionals;

    病院又は診療所に勤務するおける業務の効率化及びその医療従事者の勤務環境の改善に関する相談に応じ、必要な情報の提供、助言その他の援助を行うこと。

    conducting surveys and awareness-raising activities concerning the improvement of the working environmentefficiency of medical care professionals workingoperations in hospitals or clinics and the working environment of their medical care professionals; and

    病院又は診療所に勤務するおける業務の効率化及びその医療従事者の勤務環境の改善に関する調査及び啓発活動を行うこと。

    beyond what is listed in the preceding two items, providing support necessary for improving the efficiency of operations in hospitals or clinics and the working environment of their medical care professionals.

    前二号に掲げるもののほか、病院又は診療所における業務の効率化及びその医療従事者の勤務環境の改善のために必要な支援を行うこと。

    A The prefecture or a person entrusted pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, when implementing (limited to entrustment concerning the affairs listed in each itemthe items of paragraph (1) that relate to improving the working environment of medical care professionals (hereinafter referred to as "affairs related to improving the work environment")), when implementing the affairs related to improving the work environment or the particularsaffairs related to improving the work environment pertaining to the relevant entrustment, is to pay special attention to the following particulars:

    都道府県又は前項の規定による委託を受けた者は、（第一項各号に掲げる事務であつて医療従事者の勤務環境の改善に係るもの（以下「勤務環境改善関連事務」という。）に係る委託に限る。）を受けた者は、勤務環境改善関連事務又は当該委託に係る勤務環境改善関連事務を実施するに当たり、次に掲げる事項について特に留意するものとする。

    The prefecture or a person entrusted pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) (limited to entrustment concerning affairs related to improving the work environment), when implementing the affairs listed in each item of paragraph (1)related to improving the work environment or the affairs related to improving the work environment pertaining to the relevant entrustment, must mutually cooperate with a person who implements the affairs to support regional medical care prescribed in Article 30-25, paragraph (3) or the affairs pertaining to the entrustment set forth in the same paragraph.

    都道府県又は第二項の規定による委託（勤務環境改善関連事務に係る委託に限る。）を受けた者は、第一項各号に掲げる勤務環境改善関連事務又は当該委託に係る勤務環境改善関連事務を実施するに当たつては、第三十条の二十五第三項に規定する地域医療支援事務又は同項の規定による委託に係る事務を実施する者と相互に連携を図らなければならない。

Article 30-25第三十条の二十五

    The prefecture or a person who has been entrusted under the provisions of paragraph (3), when implementing the affairs to support regional medical care or the affairs pertaining to the relevant entrustment, must mutually cooperate with a person who implements the affairs listed in each item of Article 30-21, paragraph (1) or affairsrelated to improving the work environment or the affairs related to improving the work environment pertaining to the entrustment under Article 30-21, paragraph (2).

    都道府県又は第三項の規定による委託を受けた者は、地域医療支援事務又は当該委託に係る事務を実施するに当たつては、勤務環境改善関連事務又は第三十条の二十一第一項各号に掲げる事務又は同条第二項の規定による委託に係る勤務環境改善関連事務を実施する者と相互に連携を図らなければならない。

    A prefecture or a person entrusted pursuant to Article 30-21, paragraph (2) (limited to entrustment pertaining to affairs related to improving the work environment) is, for the time being, in carrying out the affairs listed in each item of paragraph (1) of that Article orrelated to improving the work environment or affairs related to improving the affairswork environment pertaining to that entrustment, to pay particular attention to the result of the evaluation publicized pursuant to paragraph (1), in addition to the particulars listed in each item of paragraph (3) of that Article.

    都道府県又は第三十条の二十一第二項の規定による委託（勤務環境改善関連事務に係る委託に限る。）を受けた者は、当分の間、同条第一項各号に掲げる勤務環境改善関連事務又は当該委託に係る勤務環境改善関連事務を実施するに当たり、同条第三項各号に掲げる事項に加え、第一項の規定により公表された評価の結果について特に留意するものとする。
