Supplementary Provisions, Article 134, paragraph (3)Changed
A prefecture or a person entrusted pursuant to Article 30-21, paragraph (2) (limited to entrustment pertaining to affairs related to improving the work environment) is, for the time being, in carrying out the affairs listed in each item of paragraph (1) of that Article orrelated to improving the work environment or affairs related to improving the affairswork environment pertaining to that entrustment, to pay particular attention to the result of the evaluation publicized pursuant to paragraph (1), in addition to the particulars listed in each item of paragraph (3) of that Article.
都道府県又は第三十条の二十一第二項の規定による委託（勤務環境改善関連事務に係る委託に限る。）を受けた者は、当分の間、同条第一項各号に掲げる勤務環境改善関連事務又は当該委託に係る勤務環境改善関連事務を実施するに当たり、同条第三項各号に掲げる事項に加え、第一項の規定により公表された評価の結果について特に留意するものとする。
