The provisions of Article 22, paragraph (1) of the Labor Standards Act as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "new Act") apply to a worker who retires on or after the date on which this Act comes into effect, and with regard to a worker who retired before the date on which this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
