第百三十六条
An employer must ensure that it does not reduce the wages of, or otherwise treat disadvantageously, a worker who has taken paid leave under the provisions of Article 39, paragraphs (1) through (4).
使用者は、第三十九条第一項から第四項までの規定による有給休暇を取得した労働者に対して、賃金の減額その他不利益な取扱いをしないようにしなければならない。
