Article 4The Principle of Equal Wages for Men and Women

第四条（男女同一賃金の原則）

An employer must not use the fact that a worker is a woman as a basis for differential treatment in comparison to men with respect to wages.

使用者は、労働者が女性であることを理由として、賃金について、男性と差別的取扱いをしてはならない。

The business owner, its managers, and anyone else acting for the owner in matters concerning its workers.
