Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Penal Provisions
第六条（罰則）
A person falling under one of the following items is subject to a fine of not more than 300,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person that has failed to give notification under the provisions of Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions or that has given false notification;
附則第二条第一項の規定による届出をせず、又は虚偽の届出をした者
a person that has failed to submit a report under the provisions of Article 33, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Measures Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 2, paragraph (5) of the Supplementary Provisions or that has submitted a false report, a person that has failed to answer, or has given a false statement in response to a question asked by the relevant personnel under the provisions of the same paragraph, or a person that has refused, obstructed, or evaded an inspection under the provisions of the same paragraph.
附則第二条第五項において準用する新雇用対策法第三十三条第一項の規定による報告をせず、若しくは虚偽の報告をし、又は同項の規定による当該職員の質問に対して答弁せず、若しくは虚偽の陳述をし、若しくは同項の規定による検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避した者
