第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on August 1, 2026; provided, however, that the provisions of the following Article and Articles 4, 6 and 8 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、令和八年八月一日から施行する。ただし、次条並びに附則第四条、第六条及び第八条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
