第八条
A person in a family register referred to in Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions who has a spouse may not separate from their family register unless they do so jointly with their spouse.
附則第三条第一項の戸籍に在る者で配偶者のある者は、配偶者とともにしなければ、分籍をすることができない。
