Supplementary Provisions, Article 14Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Employment Insurance Act
第十四条（雇用保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 61-10 of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 13 (referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Act" in the following paragraph) apply to persons who commence the post-birth leave prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article on or after the item (iv) effective date.
The provisions of Article 61-12 of the new Employment Insurance Act apply to persons who commence the childcare short-time work prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article on or after the item (iv) effective date.
新雇用保険法第六十一条の十二の規定は、第四号施行日以後に同条第一項に規定する育児時短就業を開始する者について適用する。
