Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning the Amount of the Employment Insurance to be Borne by the National Treasury
第六条（雇用保険の国庫負担に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (limited to the amending provisions set forth in Article 1, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions; the same applies in the following paragraph) apply to the amount to be borne by the national treasury for fiscal year 2024 and subsequent fiscal years.
第一条の規定（附則第一条第一号に掲げる改正規定に限る。次項において同じ。）による改正後の雇用保険法附則第十三条の規定は、令和六年度以後の年度に係る国庫の負担額について適用する。
With regard to the amount to be borne by the national treasury for the costs required for the employment stabilization program in fiscal year 2022 prescribed in Article 14-4, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employment Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 1, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法附則第十四条の四第二項に規定する令和四年度における雇用安定事業に要する費用に係る国庫の負担については、なお従前の例による。
