Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning the Calculation of the Deemed Insured Period
第六条（みなし被保険者期間の計算に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 61-7, paragraph (3) of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 4 apply to a person who begins the leave prescribed in Article 61-7, paragraph (1) of that Act on or after the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "item (ii) effective date" in this Article), and with regard to a person who began the leave prescribed in Article 61-7, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 4 before the item (ii) effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第四条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法第六十一条の七第三項の規定は、附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（以下この条において「第二号施行日」という。）以後に同法第六十一条の七第一項に規定する休業を開始する者について適用し、第二号施行日前に第四条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法第六十一条の七第一項に規定する休業を開始した者については、なお従前の例による。
