The provisions of Article 10-4, paragraph (2) of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (referred to as the "Employment Insurance Act after the Article 2 amendment" in the following Article) apply to a person who made a false notification, report or certification on or after the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "item (iv) effective date"), and with regard to a person who made a false notification, report or certification before the item (iv) effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
