Supplementary Provisions, Article 30Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Employment Insurance Act
第三十条（雇用保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 10-4, paragraph (2) of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article apply to employment placement service providers, etc. prescribed in that paragraph that have made the notification, report or certification prescribed in that paragraph on or after the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, and with regard to employment placement service providers, etc. prescribed in Article 10-4, paragraph (2) of the Employment Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article that made the notification, report or certification prescribed in that paragraph before that date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
