Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning Childcare Leave Benefits
第五条（育児休業給付金に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employment Insurance Act as amended apply to childcare leave benefits pertaining to the leave prescribed in Article 61-4, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act that is begun on or after the effective date, and with regard to childcare leave benefits pertaining to the leave prescribed in that paragraph that was begun before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正後の雇用保険法附則第十二条の規定は、施行日以後に開始された雇用保険法第六十一条の四第一項に規定する休業に係る育児休業給付金について適用し、施行日前に開始された同項に規定する休業に係る育児休業給付金については、なお従前の例による。
