With regard to the educational training benefits under the provisions of Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act prior to the amendment for a person who began the educational training prescribed in that paragraph before the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect (referred to as the "partial effective date" in the following Article) and who falls under any of the items of that paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
