第八条
With regard to the application of the provisions of the Act on Special Accounts (Act No. 23 of 2007) as amended by Article 136 of the Supplementary Provisions in the case where the Government implements provisional employment welfare programs pursuant to the provisions of Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "human resources development program expenses" in Article 99, paragraph (2), item (ii), (a) of that Act is deemed to be replaced with "human resources development program expenses and the costs required for the provisional employment welfare programs prescribed in Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 30 of 2007)", and the phrase "human resources development programs" in Article 103, paragraph (3) of that Act with "human resources development programs and the provisional employment welfare programs prescribed in Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc.".
附則第六条第一項の規定により、政府が暫定雇用福祉事業を行う場合における附則第百三十六条の規定による改正後の特別会計に関する法律（平成十九年法律第二十三号）の規定の適用については、同法第九十九条第二項第二号イ中「能力開発事業費」とあるのは「能力開発事業費並びに雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十九年法律第三十号）附則第六条第一項に規定する暫定雇用福祉事業に要する費用」と、同法第百三条第三項中「能力開発事業」とあるのは「能力開発事業並びに雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律附則第六条第一項に規定する暫定雇用福祉事業」とする。
