With regard to the amount of the special lump sum payment for specially qualified recipients whose day of separation from service pertaining to the special recipient qualification is before the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (i)-2 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
