Supplementary Provisions, Article 15Transitional Measures Concerning Childcare Leave-Related Benefits under the Employment Insurance
第十五条（雇用保険の育児休業給付に関する経過措置）
The basic childcare leave benefits prescribed in Article 61-4, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Act and the benefits for childcare leave takers returning to work prescribed in Article 61-5, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Act are paid for payment unit periods for which the day on which the leave prescribed in Article 61-4, paragraph (1) of the new Employment Insurance Act was commenced or the corresponding absence commencement day prescribed in paragraph (3) of that Article is on or after the effective date.
新雇用保険法第六十一条の四第一項に規定する育児休業基本給付金及び新雇用保険法第六十一条の五第一項に規定する育児休業者職場復帰給付金は、新雇用保険法第六十一条の四第一項に規定する休業を開始した日又は同条第三項に規定する休業開始応当日が施行日以後である支給単位期間について支給する。
