Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Provisional Measures concerning Educational Training Benefits
第十一条（教育訓練給付金に関する暫定措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 60-2, paragraph (1) to an educational training benefit recipient who has not received payment of the educational training benefits prior to the basis day prescribed in item (i) of the same paragraph, for the time being, the term "three years" in the same paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "one year".
教育訓練給付金支給対象者であつて、第六十条の二第一項第一号に規定する基準日前に教育訓練給付金の支給を受けたことがないものに対する同項の規定の適用については、当分の間、同項中「三年」とあるのは、「一年」とする。
