Article 83-6Amount of Regular Employment Preparation Allowance

The amount specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 56-3, paragraph (3), item (ii) of the Act is the amount obtained, in accordance with the classification of persons listed in (a) through (d) of that item, by multiplying the amount specified in the corresponding one of (a) through (d) by the number obtained by multiplying 90 (where the remaining number of benefit days prescribed in Article 56-3, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act pertaining to the qualified recipient (excluding a person whose prescribed duration of benefits based on the recipient qualification is 270 days or more) (hereinafter referred to as the "remaining number of benefit days" in this Article) is less than 90 days, the remaining number of benefit days (where that number is below 45, 45)) by 4/10.
