Article 83-3Amount Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 56-3, Paragraph (3), Item (i) of the Act
第八十三条の三（法第五十六条の三第三項第一号の厚生労働省令で定める額）
The amount specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 56-3, paragraph (3), item (i) of the Act is the amount obtained by multiplying the amount obtained by subtracting the amount deemed to be the daily amount of wages from the basic daily amount of wages for calculation by the number of days that served as the basis for payment of wages during the six months of continuous employment in the covered undertaking of the same employer from the day on which the person took up that employment.
法第五十六条の三第三項第一号の厚生労働省令で定める額は、算定基礎賃金日額からみなし賃金日額を減じて得た額に同一事業主の適用事業にその職業に就いた日から引き続いて雇用された六箇月間のうち賃金の支払の基礎となつた日数を乗じて得た額とする。
