A qualified recipient who has relocated from another area to the area covered by a measure under Article 25, paragraph (1) of the Act on or after the day on which that measure was decided must, when seeking to receive payment of the basic allowance based on that measure, appear at the competent Public Employment Security Office and give notification that there is a special reason for the relocation.
The Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office who has received the notification under the preceding paragraph may, if the Chief finds it necessary, order the submission of documents capable of proving the facts pertaining to the notification.
