第三十八条の六（法第二十四条の二第一項に規定する給付日数の延長の通知）
When the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office has decided to pay the basic allowance to a qualified recipient under Article 24-2, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Act, the Chief is to inform that qualified recipient to that effect and enter the necessary particulars in the qualified recipient's certificate (or, where that qualified recipient has been issued a notice of recipient qualification, in the notice of recipient qualification).
