Article 34Reasons Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 23, Paragraph (2), Item (i) of the Act
第三十四条（法第二十三条第二項第一号の厚生労働省令で定める事由）
The reason specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 23, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Act is that, at a clearing house, a public announcement of a fact that causes the financial institutions conducting bill clearing at that clearing house to suspend financial transactions is made to those financial institutions.
法第二十三条第二項第一号の厚生労働省令で定める事由は、手形交換所において、その手形交換所で手形交換を行つている金融機関が金融取引を停止する原因となる事実についての公表がこれらの金融機関に対してされることとする。
