Article 3-2Persons Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Prescribed in Article 6, item (iv) of the Act
第三条の二（法第六条第四号に規定する厚生労働省令で定める者）
The persons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare prescribed in Article 6, item (iv) of the Act are persons other than those listed in the following items.
法第六条第四号に規定する厚生労働省令で定める者は、次の各号に掲げる者以外の者とする。
A person who is scheduled to graduate, who is employed in a covered undertaking, and who is to continue to be employed in that business after graduation;
卒業を予定している者であつて、適用事業に雇用され、卒業した後も引き続き当該事業に雇用されることとなつているもの
A person on a leave of absence from school;
休学中の者
A person enrolled in a part-time course;
定時制の課程に在学する者
A person specified by the Director-General of the Employment Security Bureau as equivalent to those in the preceding three items.
