第百三条（法第六十二条第一項第三号に掲げる事業）
As the programs listed in Article 62, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Act, the grant for promoting employment beyond age 65 is to be paid, and consultation and other assistance are to be provided to employers regarding technical matters concerning the employment of elderly persons and others prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (2) of the Act on Employment Security of Elderly Persons.
法第六十二条第一項第三号に掲げる事業として、六十五歳超雇用推進助成金を支給し、及び高年齢者等の雇用の安定等に関する法律第二条第二項に規定する高年齢者等の雇用に関する技術的事項について、事業主に対し相談その他の援助を行うものとする。
