Article 101-24Persons Placed as Prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 61-7, Paragraph (1) of the Act
第百一条の二十四（法第六十一条の七第一項の厚生労働省令で定めるところにより委託されている者）
The persons placed as prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 61-7, paragraph (1) of the Act are persons placed with a foster parent for nurturing under Article 6-4, item (i) of the Child Welfare Act pursuant to Article 27, paragraph (1), item (iii) of that Act.
法第六十一条の七第一項の厚生労働省令で定めるところにより委託されている者は、児童福祉法第六条の四第一号の規定による養育里親に同法第二十七条第一項第三号の規定により委託されている者とする。
