第百一条の二の二十六（教育訓練休暇取得の認定の方法等）
In making recognition of taking educational training leave, the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office is to confirm the contents of the training stated in the written declaration for recognition of taking educational training leave submitted under paragraph (1) of the preceding Article.
管轄公共職業安定所の長は、教育訓練休暇取得の認定に当たつては、前条第一項の規定により提出された教育訓練休暇取得認定申告書に記載された訓練内容を確認するものとする。
Where the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office finds it necessary in relation to the recognition referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Chief may order an educational training leave benefit recipient to present a driver's license or other document capable of confirming that the person intending to receive payment of educational training leave benefits is the person themselves.
管轄公共職業安定所の長は、前項の認定に関して必要があると認めるときは、教育訓練休暇給付金支給対象者に対し、運転免許証その他の教育訓練休暇給付金の支給を受けようとする者が本人であることを確認することができる書類の提示を命ずることができる。
