Article 101-2-20Notification of Changes in Matters Pertaining to Payment of Educational Training Leave Benefits
第百一条の二の二十（教育訓練休暇給付金の支給に係る事項の変更の届出）
When there has been a change in the matters stated in the written application for educational training leave benefits or the other documents prescribed in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, an educational training leave benefit recipient must promptly notify the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office to that effect, attaching documents capable of proving the fact of the change and documents capable of proving that the recipient obtained the employer's approval for the contents of the change.
教育訓練休暇給付金支給対象者は、教育訓練休暇給付金支給申請書その他前条第一項に規定する書類の記載事項に変更があつたときは、速やかに、変更の事実を証明することができる書類及び変更内容について事業主の承認を受けたことを証明することができる書類を添えて、その旨を管轄公共職業安定所の長に届け出なければならない。
