The provisions of Article 6-3 and Article 8-2-3 of the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 5 apply to a person who has not reached the age of 60 on the day before the Effective Date.
第五条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法施行令第六条の三及び第八条の二の三の規定は、施行日の前日において、六十歳に達していない者について適用する。
