第三条
With regard to the suspension of payment of the employees' old-age pension under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, during the period from December 1, 1989 through March 31, 1990, the phrase "Grade 17 and Grade 18" in Article 8 of the Amended Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act is deemed to be replaced with "Grade 17".
厚生年金保険法による老齢厚生年金の支給の停止については、平成元年十二月一日から平成二年三月三十一日までの間は、改正後の厚生年金保険法施行令第八条中「第十七級及び第十八級」とあるのは、「第十七級」とする。
