Supplementary Provisions, Article 62Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Copyright Act
第六十二条（著作権法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 114-6, paragraphs (3) and (4) and Article 114-7, paragraph (2) of the Copyright Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article apply to the service of a confidentiality protective order and the time at which it takes effect in an action involving infringement of the moral rights of an author, a copyright, print rights, the moral rights of performers, or neighboring rights that is filed on or after the effective date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the service of a confidentiality protective order and the time at which it takes effect in an action involving infringement of the moral rights of an author, a copyright, print rights, the moral rights of performers, or neighboring rights that was filed before the effective date.
前条の規定による改正後の著作権法第百十四条の六第三項及び第四項並びに第百十四条の七第二項の規定は、施行日以後に提起される著作者人格権、著作権、出版権、実演家人格権又は著作隣接権の侵害に係る訴えにおける秘密保持命令の送達及び効力の発生時期について適用し、施行日前に提起された著作者人格権、著作権、出版権、実演家人格権又は著作隣接権の侵害に係る訴えにおける秘密保持命令の送達及び効力の発生時期については、なお従前の例による。
