第六条（検討）
Approximately one year after this Act comes into effect, the government is to review the provisions of Article 30, paragraph (1) (limited to the part concerned with item (iv)) and Article 119, paragraph (3) (limited to the part concerned with item (ii)) of the Copyright Act amended under Article 2 in consideration of the status of their enforcement, and take necessary measures based on the results of this review.
政府は、この法律の施行後一年を目途として、第二条改正後著作権法第三十条第一項（第四号に係る部分に限る。）及び第百十九条第三項（第二号に係る部分に限る。）の規定の施行の状況を勘案し、これらの規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
