Supplementary Provisions, Article 12Delegation to Cabinet Order
第十二条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is prescribed in Article 8 through the preceding Article of these Supplementary Provisions, necessary transitional measures (including transitional measures for penal provisions) connected with the coming into effect of this Act are provided for by Cabinet Order.
附則第八条から前条までに規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置（罰則に関する経過措置を含む。）は、政令で定める。
